Welcome to SunDown Resort. By booking or staying with us, guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Check-In & Check-Out: Guests must complete registration at the front desk before accessing rooms or resort areas. Luxury stay check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Day outing and evening outing timings must be strictly followed.
Booking & Payments: All bookings are confirmed only after 100% advance payment. All additional bills must be settled immediately when presented. No cancellations or refunds are applicable.
Dining Policy: Buffet meals are served at fixed timings and must be adhered to. À la carte meals are subject to availability. Outside food and cooking inside rooms are strictly prohibited.
Guest Conduct: Management reserves the right of admission and may request any guest to vacate without prior notice if rules are violated. Visitors are restricted to designated areas only.
Safety & Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. Management reserves the right to inspect luggage if required for safety reasons.
Restrictions: Alcohol, smoking in rooms, drugs, firearms, gambling, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the premises. Music is allowed only within permissible limits as per government regulations.
Property Damage: Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to resort property and must compensate accordingly.
Pets Policy: Pets are currently not allowed inside the resort premises.
Environment Responsibility: Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness, avoid littering, and support eco-friendly practices during their stay.
Liability: The resort shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents including natural calamities.
Amendments & Jurisdiction: SunDown Resort reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
